Magic Hands Oriental massage/Foot SPA — Attraction in Boca Raton

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, I feel compelled to share my experience. The massages at this location are excellent, and I truly enjoy the treatments. However, I’ve had several uncomfortable interactions with the front desk staff, particularly when it comes to tipping the massage therapists.

While I understand gratuity is appreciated, I found the way the front desk handles this matter to be quite off-putting. On multiple occasions, I felt pressured to leave a certain amount, and if the tip wasn’t deemed acceptable, I noticed a visibly negative reaction. As a business owner myself, I would never want my customers to feel uncomfortable or coerced in any way. Tips should always be voluntary, and I was disappointed that this wasn’t the case here.

I attempted to provide some feedback over the phone in hopes of resolving the issue directly, but unfortunately, my concerns were not addressed. I’m leaving this review in the hope that the management will take this into consideration and ensure future customers do not have the same experience.

I used to go here all the time. I loved it. I really did until one night my boyfriend and I went in for our appointment. The foot massage was fully booked, so we took the open appointments for an actual massage. During my massage, toward the end, I heard my boyfriend say very loudly, “no.” I thought it was weird. After I finished my massage, he was waiting on the couch all awkwardly and told me that his massage therapist was very loose with his towel and started rubbing his stomach lower and lower. Then she tapped his area and said, “you want?” We are very disgusted that this place offers those types of massages and we will never, ever go here again.

If this is what you are looking for, then yes, this place does just that.

I’ve been here before, usually consistent. Today I called at 1:30 for an appt, they called me back at 2 to set up an appt at 2:30. I show up at 2:30 and wait til 2:45 only for them to tell me the person who was available is not there and not answering their phone. When we set the appt the lady mentioned the therapist was in a massage until 2 and called back to confirm she could stay for my appt. When I show up the story changed to we just spoke to her and she was on her way in….but wasn’t she there 30 mins ago according to the woman who runs the place?
