Boone Cellular and Computer Repair | Lowest Repair Prices. Period. — Attraction in Boone

Never used a phone repair place before…… but, when my husband’s phone stopped charging and when the battery died we could not get the phone to restart. Fearing the worse, we looked up a local place that had great reviews and was open on a Sunday , we decided to give Boone Cellular a try (hoping that it would be cheaper than buying a new phone). To our surprise, Hayden (the guy working there) gave us great news that we not only do not need to buy a new phone, but was able to get my husband’s phone to start charging again. Then, to my surprise, after showing him that I had a broken camera lens on my phone and offered to fix it for me at a much more reasonable price than I was quoted from someone else about a year and half ago. He also said that for a few dollars more he could put a new screen protector on my screen for me. He fixed my phone up in about an hour. I couldn’t be happier. Hayden seemed very trusting and such a pleasant man …….. I would highly recommend Boone Cellular and Computer Repair to anyone needing anything done. I feel like I got a new phone. Yay!!!! Hi I’m going to need to speak to the owner about what happened I just drove an hour to T-mobile . Just to have them tell me you didn’t put my phone back together properly after your shop having it for a week … I can’t even trade it in you literally broke my phone tried to convince me to buy a different one from you when I said I just wanted my phone back it’s not even put back together properly and this is what the phone store T-Moble is telling me not my opinion. I need to speak to the owner or I’m going to take action. Also was lovely to get cussed out by your employee he dropped the F bomb within 2 mins of being in there. At 10:20 in the morning. Look at the tapes look how he treats people. It’s sick I’m handicapped and he did this .. I would upload the video but it’s too long. I still might add it. He also yelled at us that we should of just done it ourselves if we are so smart .. he also lied and didn’t give me a new battery he gave me the old one charged me for it then tells me it’s my fault. I would not recommend coming here for quality parts. I have a cheap Samsung. Brand new it costs $400, but it comes with a very durable screen. I got my screen repaired here for $190 and about a week later my phone slid off my lap and from less than 18 inches off the ground, the screen was shattered and completely didn't work. I brought it back and they repaired it on warranty, sadly, two days after I got it back, the same thing happened. This is where I realized the screen they provided was absurdly low quality and now they expect me to bring it in and pay for it again, even though they did not use parts that are even half as durable as the original screen, but they charge as much as other places do to install quality parts.

Their service is fantastic, so I feel bad writing this, but their quality doesn't match their customer service. I would like my $190 back please because the screen isn't worth...
