McHose has something for everyone! Set along the wooded banks of Honey Creek there are plenty of places to picnic, disc golf, swim, play, or simply admire nature. Plus this hidden gem of a sledding hill. Its worth your time any season of the year. Come to eat your lunch or come to spend all day.

The disc golf course is bad. You need to take a picture of the map on hole one or you will be lost by hole 3. 16 of the holes aren't bad. Bad the back 5 are impossible to find/play because they don't add maps/directions. The back holes are so overgrown, we found a disc on the hole covered in dust

Well taken care of beautiful park with lots of places for kids and adults to go and hike or just hangout. Lots of trash and broken tree branches in the road.

This is one of the finest, scratch that, the finest, city parks I have ever been to in my life. There is so much area available for hiking, biking, and different playground equipment. There is also the Boone Municipal Pool, adjacent ice skating and equestrian areas.

If you are ever in or near Boone, this is definitely one of the most important places to visit if you enjoy the outdoors or just want a relaxing place to have a...

Disc golf is confusing for layout and can be very dangerous for young kids. Sorta made our own course. Be sure to watch for poisin ivy. Severe drop offs near baskets may contribute to lost discs. A few course adjustments be nice. Can be challenging without being hazardous. Large area. Nice trees. Watch out little kids...there seems be no speed limit in the park. Speed...

Disc golfing, top half ok and bottom half horrible. It seems like the park is right next to a landfill because there are appliances, scarp metal and tires below the house above the hill on the back 9 course. The grass is not maintained over by basket 3. If you want a clean park maintained park this is not the...
