I got a cpap machine from Ames because my physicians were out of Mary Greeley and I love every one of them. The decision made sense, right?? The #1 advice I have is to research machines and patient reviews BEFORE you make decisions on the medical supply company or equipment! Your neurologist can wait a few days to submit the order. The Ames tech didn’t listen to my issues with the mask type and machine so I decided to return the machine. A friend told me about her decision to go to Jackson Medical, why she did, and she showed me her phone app to track nightly progress. That app so awesome but not all machines have this feature. I was determined to purchase the same machine and hope I could get it from Jackson Medical Supply in Boone, even if I had to wait months for the machine. This week I picked up the machine and met with Jeremy. He is fantastic to work with!! There is a huge difference when a person loves what they do.
