If I could give ZERO stars I would !⦠Ms.Chauncy Is UNprofessional ! I came and spoke with her abt my Rent payments due to how I get paid and she kept saying that I was OK ! The PM has been letting me pay my rent in half since Iāve been here which has been 8 months now. Iāve never had pest control come to my apartment, I had to unclog my own shower after waiting days from putting in my service request because whoever lived here prior to me had SO much hair in the drain & also in the sink of my 2nd bathroom. I FEEL LIKE THIS IS CONSIDERED A FAIR-HOUSING ISSUE !!! Now all of a sudden I come home and thereās an Eviction Notice on my door. So again I go speak to Chauncey to inquire abt the Eviction Notice being that I just spoke with her a few days ago ! Now she doesnāt know anything⦠Now itās if I do it for one person I have to do it for all⦠They have been letting me pay this way my entire stay here on this property! If Chauncey would have told me something other than it would be OK I would have made other arrangements to pay in full !!! Now I have to pay a $150 court fee & go to court all because she lied to my face ! The notice says they gave me a notice of eviction on March 6th for 5 days & here it is the 19th that they filed the eviction which happens to be the day before I always pay the remaining of my rent including the late fees !!!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreFilled out an application Tuesday and got a call from Chauncey who answered some of my questions but was pretty short and rude. I asked for pictures of the unit before I pay the application fee so I could see everything and she said she would send them over shortly and hung up. The next day I get an email saying that I still have not paid the application fee online. I called the office and simply told them I have not paid the fee because I have not received the pictures of the unit yet, And a different agent said that Chauncey would contact me again to send over the pictures. I did not hear anything back that day. Thursday I get a call from Chauncey and she immediately says that my application is about to be revoked because I have not paid my fee and I respond with well we spoke on Tuesday and you said that you would send me pictures of the unit before I paid my fee and I have not received anything still. Chauncey replied she would send the pictures over once again and hung up. Once again, very short, very rude no hello no goodbye. It is now Friday and Iāve called the office again. They did not answer and Iām pretty disappointed because I was looking forward to moving to these apartments. I am a news reporter moving from Oklahoma just looking forward to a new place...
