McDonald’s quality customer service.
I have been in this store several times over the past few years. Every time I’m there, the old ladies in the front of the store are incredibly rude. I always thing, “they must be having a bad day.” Yesterday was the last straw for me, and I will never be back. I love shopping small and would rather buy from a mom and pop than a big box store, but if the workers cannot speak to their customers or even crack a smile, then be rude when they do speak they clearly do not want customers.
We came to the store yesterday and purchased several items. I had my two daughters with me and two adult ladies. My kids were actually behaving themselves pretty well. (I’m not one to act like my kids are angels. I will correct them when they act crazy) but they were staying with us and trying to decide on a small prize that I had promised them for being patient through all the errands we had run.
Neither worker spoke to us or smiled as we entered and said hello with smiles. They both looked annoyed that we were there. I brushed this off as we shopped, but quickly remembered why I don’t like coming here. Then as we wrapped up our shopping and headed to the front of the store, my oldest was helping me set our items at the register. While she was there, and I was checking on my youngest who was with my friends still deciding what she wanted, my oldest was trying to talk to the lady who was checking us out. My daughter kept asking her questions and received no response each time. I could hear the interaction and brushed this too off thinking, “maybe she doesn’t know she is talking to her.” So I responded to my daughter and moved on. These workers still are not saying a word to any of us. Then my youngest walks over with the lollipop that she had chosen. She tries to hand it to the lady and says, “can you give it right back to me.” She’s 4, so she meant like don’t put it in the bag. But the lady didn’t respond, so my daughter said it again two more times without a response. At which point my daughter picked the lollipop back up to ask her again. THEN the woman spoke her first words. Very rudely (as if my daughter was trying to steal the lollipop that she had just tried to give to the woman) she says, “I have not scanned that yet!” So I took the sucker and said, “I’m sorry baby, she isn’t going to respond to you, so I will. You will get the sucker back after she scans it.”
The only reason I even continued the purchase was because my friends were with me, and I’m trying to teach my children to be kind even if others are not that way to you. I honestly have no clue how they are still in business if they treat their customers this way. They clearly got their customer service training from McDonald’s, but I’ve been treated better at some...

Read moreThey clearly do not check their reviews or their page. The time is incorrect on the page. When I showed up, I asked the lady about the time as she was walking in and she was rude of course. Saying we don’t open till 12. I told her about the website having 8 am as the opening time and she was like I will have to fix that. Obviously that was lie, because you have not fixed it yet from the last review. I have only been there twice and both times was...
