Adams park is a small grassy park at the confluence of Washington and South streets in Roslindale village, with a civic monument. It's not really big enough to afford a stroll, lacks any playground equipment for young children. It is, however, a nice place to sit for a coffee break, if you are lucky enough to score one of the precious few benches.
