Mediocre Mexican food. I don’t understand why Mexican food places sell pupusas in the first place. I didn’t get the pupusas; you can find some really good ones in East Boston. This place is too stingy with everything. I’ve given it four chances over the span of three years, and nothing has changed. The workers are cool, though; they take orders and provide good customer service. They are always on point, stopping whatever they are doing when they see a customer. However, there’s this guy who I suppose is the boss, and he just walks in and shoves his workers around. I don’t know if that’s normal, but yeah. Now, for the food, it’s garbage. I’ve seen people post steak and cheese here, and my gosh, it’s 90% bread and 10% toppings. And their nachos are 80% chips, 3% meat, and the rest toppings. I don’t get why people own restaurants and overprice the food without giving customers what they paid for. This is sad; the food is horrid, with no flavor whatsoever. The owner should just put in a bar so those drunk people would eat his food because no sane person with taste buds is eating this. Another thing is the prices of the drinks—holy cow, $8 for an horchata that tastes more like milk, or $5 for a square pizza that’s been sitting on the counter all day. Their tacos are so flavorless. If you want tacos, just go and eat next door; the prices are almost the same, but the food is better than whatever they are serving at Me Finca. Overall, a 0. The workers are cool, the cooks look cool, the place is somewhat clean, the owner just looks mean, and the food, as I said,...
Read moreRomano’s is in Roslindale so if you live there you should go see all the great foods. There is wonderful food and if you love pizza you definitely should go.
When I think of all the great food like tacos, I get so hungry that I could eat anything. The cheese ravioli is my favorite. It tastes like spaghetti. I get it every time I go. The serving size is large so you don't have to get hungry. And it has delicious cheese. It tastes really creamy in the ravioli and on the pizza also. Roman’s has lots of different types of pizzas too. You can have pineapple, meat, mushroom, onion and lots more too. I usually get cheese but there are a lot of different kinds. The pizza has a lot of cheese and the tomato sauce is smooth. They also have drinks and a gumball machine.
Whenever I go to Romano’s it is so fun I could scream. A lot of the time there is a football game or a soccer game or base ball game on the TV there. They play a lot of sports, but they can change the channel if you ask. A lot of the time you can see the chefs cook because the door to the kitchen is always open and I can see them cook all the great foods like broritos.
Inside Romano’s it is quiet and cozy. Romano’s has a couch and a table and they are right in front of the TV. Every time I go, when I walk in, it smells delicious like pizza. I always love to sit there on the couch and watch the TV. It is also always very quiet so if you like quiet you should go.
So if you like pizza, burritos, or even tacos I think you would...
Read moreI wish I would've thought about posting a review before I ate my food but I still got some pictures of what I ate.
The food in this restaurant is a mix between Mexican, Salvadoran and Italian in a way and I saw a touch of Asian cuisine mixed into the food. The restaurant's workers are sweet and ready to serve you and answer any of your question.
