That being said…

I bought a bracelet for my girlfriend and asked what it would cost to have it altered. The woman who owns the store said she could give it to the jewelers to have them appraise the alterations, and that she’d call me back in a few days with the price. Awesome…

Expecting a call soon after, I forget about it and go on with my life. 2 weeks later, having not received a single call or text, I remembered “oh, they have my bracelet, what’s going on?” I call and the other owner, the husband, says “ohhhh yea. My wife gave you a call the other day. (She didn’t) They finished the bracelet, you can come pick it up.”

Umm….. that wasn’t the deal. So I head over.

The wife is there, and when I ask why I wasnt contacted at any point (NOT EVEN TO TELL ME TO PICK IT UP!!!!!) she has some story about how the jewelers messed up and just did it without checking. Thats fine, I understand, but then when I ask why I wasn’t contacted AT ALL about this, she says very condescendingly “well what. Were you gonna take it somewhere else?”

So, I just paid it so I didn’t have to argue and decided to leave this...

This place is fantastic—definitely my go-to spot for all things classy. Last year, Nicky, the owner, helped me pick out an amazing Christmas gift for my mom (safe to say, I won Christmas). Recently, I realized that all the cool people seem to have gold chains, so I went back. I spent quite a bit of Nicky’s time making sure I found the right one, and she was incredibly patient as we looked at both heirloom pieces and catalog options. In the end, she hooked me up with a great deal on a chain that’s, in my humble opinion, awesome. It was custom-sized to fit me perfectly, not just something off the shelf. Nicky even followed up with a text afterward to make sure I was happy with it. Top-notch...

Always fantastic! Too many pretty things to choose from! Owners and staff are so knowledgeable. I often walk in, state an occasion, age and a little about the person and they will always present several options. Not only is everything beautiful and unique, you have the satisfaction of shopping at a long-time, family-owned business.
