This park is in the best location right outside of Boston, easy ride into Boston North End if you’re looking for free ride. There’s 3 pools and is one of the biggest parks in the city, always has a crowd and sometimes see freelance modeling going on because of the scenic views! Beautiful park to visit, plenty of space for everyone of all skill levels, best part about the park community is everyone is always there to cheer you on no matter the skill level, as long as your out there practicing that’s all that matters, everyone has to start somewhere and you got to commit to be great and there’s always someone to offer some advice and critiques! Bikes and Skateboarding allowed!! Beautiful area to ride around and plenty for of parking! Make sure not to park in the commuter rail spots because you will get towed if you don’t have a pass. There’s 2 free lots for parking and plenty of 2hr street parking around the block if needed on those busy days, you’ll always find a spot just be patient!! Keep this...
Read moreWow. This skateboard park is above and beyond my expectations. They have a little of everything ... ramps, rails, movable obstacles, ramps, bowls, stair sets ... all different sizes for every level of skater. The concrete is well- kept and smooth. Trash can and a dumpster on site ... and a parent was walking around picking up trash and empty cans. (There was one syringe on the ground near the parking, but no other drug paraphernalia.) There were plenty of people when we were there (Saturday from 1030 am - 130 pm), but not too crowded to skate whatever you want. Kids of all ages (2 - 60+), on skateboards, scooters, BMX bikes. Parents watching or chatting (or skating with) and lots of kids without parents too. The location is super cool - underneath several highway exchange, beside Boston Sand & Gravel, several sets of railroad tracks ... but surprisingly not too loud or smokey or exhaust-y. It was a great experience and my 13 yo skater can't wait...
Read moreThis isn’t just a second home for me this is the only place I love. Threw the unformed chaos I’ve known my entire life this place is the only thing that has managed to solidify in my eyes and heart. I have been transient for the better half of my life and finding something worth returning to has been helpful to me. I’ve slept here, cried here, I’ve even buried my pet rat who was my best friend behind the bowls. Most people I know are from here. Some of the best people I’ve met. A lot of people here I don’t like also but I just put in my headphones and focus on skating which is the core reason for being here in the first place. It’s a multi million dollar training facility we get to access for free without any supervision. A true blessing. Don’t steal don’t get in anyones way is basically all we...
