: Unacceptable and Inedible Food - Avoid Topacio Restaurant!

"I'm extremely disappointed and appalled by the food I received from Topacio Restaurant. The dishes were delivered in a damaged state, making them totally unacceptable and unsafe for human consumption. The presentation was unappetizing, and the quality was subpar.

The food was clearly not handled or prepared with care, and it's shocking that they would even serve such low-quality dishes. I'm concerned about the kitchen's cleanliness and the staff's attention to detail.

Needless to say, I will never order from Topacio Restaurant again and strongly advise others to do the same. The experience was appalling, and I expect more from a restaurant. Zero...

One star is too much, I've called once for delivery and they didn't bring me 12 pupusas yet I had to pay for it all, it took a while for it to get resolved but they came like 2 hours later. I ordered again for 25 pupusas in total and a few tacos and a fried fish, I got the fish and the tacos with the salsa and lettuce that come with the pupusas, yet no pupusas, called and they saying we steal from them and still getting resolved. Smh paid almost $60 for a few tacos and a fried fish, never order from here please I'm helping you, trying to save you from all...

With all the variety of restaurants in the Eastie Meridian Street area, I'm glad that we had a local friend recommend Topacio to us so we wouldn't have to pick which one to go to ourselves.

Definitely do not miss out on the pupusas-- authentic, inexpensive, and delicious. The cabbage and salsa add a freshness to the warm thick tortillas filled with beans and cheese, so be sure to add the sides on top! I also ordered a refreshing horchata that was perfection!

Will definitely make more trips out to Eastie for pupusas...
