Staff is very friendly but the whole library is just one big room. It isn't the best for studying. It seems like locals come in and talk with the staff all the time, so it is noisy. More like a coffee shop where friends meet rather than a quiet library. There are some loud people that come in frequently. An older woman who is somehow always hiccuping and a guy who laughs loudly when using the computer. Also a woman who hums while on the computer.
