This place is the most horrible Chinese food I have ever had in my entire life. I was no looking for anything special expected some basic Chinese food. After arriving about 30 minutes late the food was not only cold but the preparation was horrible. Our crab Rangoon/scallion pancake were so cold, had sat out long enough that they were already starting to go stale, and we're extremely chewy. Crab Rangoon also had very little filling in a giant wonton. The pork fried rice had very little pork/any ingredients, and no flavor whatsoever. The chicken lo main was boiled chicken on plain boiled noodles no season, no sauce, no other ingredients. The general gaus must have been sitting out all day because it was nothing but crumbled batter and tiny bits of chicken in a soup of sauce. We ordered over $100 in food for 8 of us. We tried a bite of each and not one of us found anything appetizing enough to eat, nor did we feel it was safe to eat it because of how cold it was. We set the food aside and called to see if we could get a refund. The manager was very rude, condescending and tried to argue that if you try the food in a restaurant you can't get a refund??? 😆 How else would people know if food is bad before they decide to send it back. He then put me on hold where I then listened to him screaming at another employee for literally 10 minutes then finally returns and says they will send out a driver to pick up the food and give a refund. 3 hours later we receive a call that they decided they don't care and to leave a bad review if we want. Read moreI ordered Hunan crispy beef, which is the only thing I get here ever, Ive eaten here maybe 2-3 times before but it was at least 6 months ago. There was a nice girl who took my order over the phone and I walked 10 min from my apartment to get it. When I got home and opened it, it wasn't the correct order. I called them 5 times in a row with no answer, walked back down and now there is only one guy there who speaks literally no English and it took me a while to explain to him that I got the wrong food and what I wanted. He was also deliberately ignoring calls. He eventually makes my food and says it'll be 2 dollars. I didn't see the point in arguing since he didn't speak English, assumed my food cost a little more than whatever I got and figured 2 bucks is no big deal at the end of it all. At the end I gave him my card because that's all I had, and he charges me 10 dollars instead of 2, After I already paid 11 dollars the first time for the wrong food. I am never going back here, how can you run a restaurant with people who don't speak English. You do take out and delivery and you're ignoring calls at dinner time, it was 6:30 on a Wednesday night when I ordered. Worst service/experience ever. Read moreI placed a large order for delivery through EatStreet and gave this restaurant a call 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time just for them to tell me that they “never received” the order and hung up. I called back again and said that the funds for the order had already been taken out of my account to which they replied “there’s no order your card got declined”...even after I told them numerous times that it was not declined and I can see through my online app that the full amount has been withdrawn from my account. After going back and forth with each other they finally said that they would “cancel the order” but how can you cancel an order that you claimed to have never received? I’ve never had such a bad customer service experience in my whole life. If you’d like to eat at this restaurant, I would recommend you go in person to speak face to face when ordering so that they can’t say they never received your order and pay in cash since having the full amount withdrawn from your account via debit card apparently means that your card was declined... currently in contact with EatStreet to see if they actually did “cancel” my...
