Khanh's Hair Salon — Attraction in Boston

I am very upset with this haircut! It took me years to grow my hair long and I specifically said multiple times that I did not want it too short. She cut it much shorter than I wanted. I thought she was cutting it too much so I said something but she assured me it was long in the back. I showed her, layers and long past my chest, she cut it shorter than my shoulders in the front except for the back where the very tip is just long enough to touch the top of my chest when leaning. That was her defense, that it was that long in the back but I was very clear and the damage is done. Never going back and just want to cry. Don’t go here unless you want hair cut way hotter than you ask/show them. I could have probably done a better job myself or gotten a better cut at the beauty school for less than $29. I started going here a few months ago got my first cut came out amazing but when I went back last month to get my trim and style it was someone els and I was told they let the original person go I let them know the cut n style I get and they even had a photo of the wall of it he started to straighten my hair first (never had that done on a trim or cut) I told the person numerous times it’s not enough layers and the cut did not look right I had to pay n just go cause he didn’t understand me when I got home I realized he just cut my bangs short and only cut the V shape I wanted it had no layers and still had dead ends now when I wet my hair the curls are ugly and I still have dead ends I decided not to go back cause the 3 times I’ve been there has been new people never the same and if I had to almost argue about my hair in the chair it was pointless to go back...

Love!! Highly recommend this place and will take my mom and sister here in the future. Got my hair cut for the first time in a while and I'm very pleased with the results. I came in with a reference pic to get my hair cut straight across with some face framing pieces in the front and Tuong paid a lot of attention every step of the way and gave me exactly what I wanted.
