The worst customer service! Sales associate Kat was dishonest, unprofessional & disrespectful! After weeks of awaiting couch delivery and being verbally harassed yesterday on the phone by Kat, out delivery was finaly confirmed for today 12:30-3pm. It is now past 3pm and after calling the store to check up on delivery we were met with an extremely unpleasant attitude with Kat. She bluntly and rudely barked at us claiming there is traffic and drivers will contact us 5-10 min before delivery. Per usual, when ever calling the store if Kat answers itās ALWAYS met with horrific phone manners and the feeling of wasting her time and no desire to have a conversation. After attempts to contact Kat requesting delivery details, I was finally able to chat with her yesterday. Unfortunately, I was met with extreme hostility and was called āHoneyā with a sarcastic disrespectful tone over 20 times in one phone call. I told kat my name was NOT HONEY & she just rudely continued to call me āhoneyā. Kat aggressively talked over me the entire conversation and then hung up on meā¦after calling me āHoneyā yet again. When I requested a 10am - 3:30pm delivery window she stated she would have to push back delivery date. I then explain to her that we have waited two weeks for a couch she promised would be delivered One to three days after purchase. We belive Kat lied to us about the delivery date to make a sale. In fact, we did all the work, we walked in and she just stood there on her phone. We found the couch we had to approach her and make the sale. Our main concern was the delivery date because my daughter was trying to furnish an apartment in a week before school started and it was just easier to have delivery windows without having to miss any classes. Kat told us if the couch was in stock. It would only take a few days to be delivered. I asked her to check if it was in stock. When she came back She told us it was in stock and confirmed and said if itās only 1-3 days we will buy it. Kat told us she would contact us later that day with delivery details. After the third day, I had to reach out and call her and ask for the delivery details. She then proceeded to tell us that the couch would not be in for another week. A few days later, she called back and stated the couch is now gonna be pushed back another 4 to 5 days For Tuesday delivery day because delivery truck broke down. After she hung up on me yesterday, she then proceeded to call my daughter and let her know that the delivery date is still standing and that the delivery time was now 12:30 to 3 PM. Here are Tuesday on the delivery day at 3:30 PM with no couch and without any response or communications with the delivery drivers or Kat the sales person at Logan furniture. Itās so unfortunate, this was a beautiful store, very clean with a lot of options. The low quality of salespeople (KAY) itās just not worth the drama, inconveniences & verbal abuse to shop there. Hopefully this couch is actually delivered at some point today, without my daughter having to miss classes due to Katās...

I worked with Kat who was kind and patient throughout my entire process. My couch couldnāt fit in my apartment so the manager offered a 3rd party whom will break my couch apart & Iāll have to pay additional $100 which was cool. I made sure to confirm when I move the cost will remain the same which I was reinsure. But I was wrong! I am in the process of moving & canāt get the couch out my apartment. I went to the store to speak with someone since thereās a language barrier between the 3rd party & I. I was informed that it will be $400 to break down. Which by surprise I was appalled. I tried speaking with the manager Sam to let him know the situation & he was not a pleasant person, talked over me was extremely unprofessional even laughed. Although I discussed I am on a fixed income & in the process of moving, having to pay an additional $400 i couldnāt afford. He insisted he will talk to the 3rd party to bring down cost & give me a call the following day. Which he never gave me a call. In fact I had to reach out to the office 4 days later & he couldnāt even get on the phone to speak with me. Have I was informed about the price moving forward I would have never received my couch. But this is what they do to get your money. Honestly I will not recommend his business anywhere. The bed broke after 3 months, the entire center support collapsed ( i only weigh 145) they told me its because i have hard wood floors, and i need to purchase a rug to stop the bed from sliding when i sit on it. then reccomended to buy new support slats for the bed, then reccomended to buy a box spring for a platform bed, THEN TOLD ME TO GO TO HOME DEPOT AND BUY WOOD TO SUPPORT THE MATTRESS! I was furious!! When they finally gave in and ordered the new parts, the parts were all wrong!! i was then told i have to wait another three weeks for two legs for my bed! i spent $500 dollars for a bed that didnt even last 4 months! on top of dealing with the worst customer service ever! I am still waiting for the parts and even though the parts they ordered were all wrong he told me to wait another three weeks just for the legs on my bed. There is no real management there,the assistant manager was RUDE! The "warehouse manager" was RUDE!!! They do not care about the customers AT ALL! the place is a total rip off. I will never purchase from them again. I want to return the bed but unfortunetly they dont give me the option to do...
