I recently decided to give Timeless Beauty / Uy Dam a try for Botox and lip filler treatments given the stellar reviews of this facility and Uy’s work. I completely echo all the positive themes from his patient reviews. Uy is simply the type of person you want to trust and his thorough consultations only reinforce this natural quality. The facility is welcoming, clean, and very private. I wasn’t waiting in a room for my turn; and for some reason, that privacy only added to my comfort level here. This was my second time getting lip filler and first time getting Botox. I wasn’t super nervous about either procedure since I had done my research on Botox and experienced the lip filler process before, however, getting needles put in your face and lips no matter how superficial is still a nerve-wracking experience, but Uy was constantly checking in on my comfort while he performed these treatments and genuinely cared that I felt ok! Also, I was convinced I wanted a full syringe for my lips going in, but he politely talking me off my mount olympus lip ledge, and gave me his professional opinion on how that amount would push me over into an unnatural filler look, which I immensely appreciated. You have to have that honesty with your injector and this only made me trust him more. In my first lip filler experience, the previous injector just stuck a full syringe in my lips and was ready to get me out of the door, despite it being a nice plastic surgery clinic. Also, the healing process was more painful than I had thought it would be. Alternatively, after getting my lips done with Uy, there has been very minimal swelling, hardly any bruising at all, and NO pain whatsoever. What’s more is he requested if I could come in for a 2 week follow up appt. and texted me as a courtesy check in on how I was feeling. This sort of attention to detail and customer care is why I will definitely be going back to Uy for treatments in the future. 😊 Also, the Botox was an easy process too, Uy plays very relaxing music and provides calming visuals to soothe his patients’ nerves during the process. YOU GUYS. I seriously cannot gush ENOUGH about how amazing Uy is at what he does!!! After being scarred from an injector who gave me the dreaded duck lips, I searched high and low for someone who would give me a very natural but pouty look - NOT an easy feat, especially with shaping the top lip! I must have passed on dozens of injectors before my friend told me about Dam Medspa. Uy spent so much time with me walking me through my consultation and really listening to my concerns and fears (I asked a million questions and begged him not to inject above my vermillion border, which is what can cause migration...aka duck lips) and I felt so at ease when it came time to actually inject my lips. And seriously - SERIOUSLY I could not be more thrilled with the results!!! He basically made my lips look like what I wished I had been born with - me, but 1000000x better.

I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Uy is gentle, kind, a true artist, and seriously takes his time with you to make sure you are happy. I trust his eye COMPLETELY and he will never try to upsell you or recommend unnecessary procedures (you want this quality in an injector, trust me on this!) He also wants to ensure you're comfortable and takes sanitation very seriously which is a MUST when it comes to being around needles! He has really great bedside manner as well, as he followed up to make sure everything was settling in nicely (which it was!)

I am VERY picky when it comes to what work I get done and how skilled/qualified/artistic my injector is (basically, I still want to look "natural" at the end of the day and like I haven't gotten anything done - even though i've had tons of enhancements lol. It's my face after all!) So if you're looking for the same look no further!!

BTW - because of the numbing Uy uses I literally didn't feel ANYTHING during the process. It was completely painless :) highly...

What a guy, Uy is. I can really understand why he is getting the 5 star reviews. They are so well deserved. He is incredibly professional and thorough. I've actually never met anyone who takes sanitation so seriously! :-) Which is great! PARTICULARLY right now. I had the option to go to another clinic that was slightly cheaper with a current Black Friday deal, but Uy took to the time to call me, ask questions and then offer a face to face consultation. (This alone had me sold on his practice. I liked his approach. Then when I met him, his professional attitude shone through even more).

He explained on our initial call that he would give me a longer appointment in case I did want to go ahead with any treatments but that there was also no pressure at all. Likewise if I wanted to just do one area and then come back another time for more, that was fine. He is such a good person. His meticulous nature and his knowledge of the treatments plus his friendly personality helps to build trust which is so important with procedures like this.

If I was going to spend any money on these treatments (I did), I wanted it to be with Uy. I have zero doubt that I will now be a patient of his for life (I only had filler done with Uy as I had already had Botox elsewhere prior to finding him but will be going to him for Botox moving forward) and I will be happily recommending his services to friends and family who are looking for similar. He also gave me some Arnica treatment for any potential bruising and followed up my treatment with texts and post-treatment advice. You will not be disappointed at all.
