This is my first experience with High Profile and there was nothing that stood out that would make me remember this place except for there, horrible website and disorganization. This dispensary was just like every other store trying to impress their clients/customers with their Apple like decor instead of concentrating on customer service, and satisfaction. My trip to the dispensary started with an online order on the app/website. That was so buggy and disorganized I almost couldn’t complete my online order. Besides not being able to add a second item to my cart. When trying to check out I could not use the promo code which was issued from their own website nor was my 20% off first time customer discount applied to my order. So instead of using Dutchie pay to finish my order I chose cash instead so I could get my 20% off directly from the store when I picked up my order. However, after arriving at the dispensary I quickly realized that this was going to be the first and last time I went there. They pretended like the 20% off discount that they promoted for people signing up for their rewards program did not exist and because they are a national company with stores in multiple states it did not apply to that store in Massachusetts I would not discount my order in nor would they give me the 10% discount for being a medical patient which was promoted on the website as well. I deeply regret my experience with High Profile x Budega Dorchester Dispensary. What began as a simple transaction I paid for online turned into months of financial hardship and emotional distress. After being wrongly charged $90, I incurred several overdraft fees totaling thousands of dollars. Instead of receiving timely help, I was met with hostility, dismissed by the store manager, and removed from the premises by security—despite clearly communicating my psychiatric disability and showing the receipts, the manager lacked the technical + human literacy to ameliorate the harm they caused.
To make matters worse, I was forced to navigate the resolution process alone by contacting Dutchie Pay for weeks, only to return to a hostile environment to receive an apology, a verbal job offer, discount on 1 item and a partial refund. They refused to address the significant overdraft fees I had incurred due to their mistake, nor take any actions to ensure this disparate treatment wouldn’t happen again. The lack of empathy, understanding, and support from the staff was disheartening, to say the least. The rest will be said in small claims court.
I know they have cheap prices, but if you value your mental well-being and humanity, I strongly advise caution when dealing with this establishment. My experience has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did.

Read moreI pre ordered one product but when I got there it was no longer available only higher priced alternatives. However, the cheaper product was still available to order while I was in the store but they did not have the product. If a product is no longer available why would it still be able to be purchased as a pre order and then confirmed? And why wouldn’t another product be substituted at the same price to fill my order which had been received and confirmed. The bud tender said they had been out of it for “awhile.” Very suspicious, I will be contacting the BBB as well.
When I asked the budtender simple normal questions: why is it still available on the site to order if it’s out? Do I get a product that is similarly priced to replace the order I placed and was confirmed? When did it run out?
I was threatened that they wouldn’t serve me/ban me if “I kept it up with the questions and attitude” and was treated so poorly I was truly stunned. I’m a customer at your business, I did nothing wrong but ask why my order wasn’t being filled. I’ve never been treated that badly at any dispensary across the country.
