I was in the gallivan blvd location today of Boston Ma, and a young lady and her son were rudely pushed out of the way by a staples general manager trying to reach an item for a sale. The young mother in question was visibly upset and told the manager he should apologize, Which prompted him to go on a verbal tirade against her, telling her to leave the store for no apparent reason. To boot he finished it off with "I assume you're here to use my free coupon card!" I as well as many other customers in this busy store were quite offended at this remark. A cashier had to diffuse the situation by reminding people that we are to remain 6ft apart during these times. However this general manager first name Matt, of gallivan blvd staples Boston Ma, is unfitting of his title. A manager should never belittle, battle or embarrass his customers. I went to staples to get help with my projects in a short amount of time. I was at the store for 4 days trying to get the projects corrected and out at a timely fashion.
For that reason, Alisha was the first person to assist me for 3 hours with a smile on her face and when she wasn't there Chanda took over and helped me with the project in its entirely. In addition, her ability to know her job and she's very creative and polite to everyone walking through those doors.
As well as, Chris, Muhammad, Terrick, Diara, Kevin, Kelly, Derekica, and Aadreem all of them helped me out by being so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable and positive.

Read moreAbsolutely the worst service ever, I ship with staples from 1 to 20 times per week, I sent someone in to drop a box off and was told that I could no longer get a receipt for the box, The young lady I was on the phone with said they haven given receipts in months, I had to go in the store and show a Receipt from the 11th of this month. Finally, I got the manager and had to explain why I needed a receipt and after going back and forth he gave me a receipt! He has his employees lying about shipping receipts to everyone! She said UPS wouldn't let the give receipts, this is not the way to treat customers.
