Ken and his team have managed to exceed my expectations. I buy a lot of frame moulding for my work but my provider was back ordered and I couldn't find a similar moulding anywhere. Someone recommended Tsuga and these guys were so on top of it it was unbelievable. They called around for me, sent me photos of similar options with specs and all, and managed to find me something very similar ( that 3 other framers hadn't been able to). Then they gave me very competitive prices for them, were very courteous and a week after my purchase (it wasn't a big purchase, mind you) I recieved a beautiful hand written card from them to say thank you. I feel like this is one of the last great framers in the area. The “big box” frame places do not count! I brought in two custom awards that each needed a new matting and framing solution. I had previously gone to several frame shops and had been given solutions that would either compromise at best or permanently damage the sentimental awards.
