Someone stole my Cell phone, Kyocera DuraXTP from the Bothell library. I have been given a no trespass after holding up a sign stating "Give back my phone" while far away from the front door. I would talk to patrons, whom see me on a daily basis. I was told by the employees of the Bothell Library that I must stop trying to recover my stolen property. I told them I would not. They called the police on me and had me no trespassed, this leads me to believe that they or one of their employees has stolen my phone or protecting the person who did. Read moreOn occasion, the library is flooded with elementary or high school kids who have loud and obnoxious discussions and conversations. Staff turn a blind eye to this.
There needs to be signs and policies that the library is not a coffee shop or a food court or mall. Please be respectful of other library visitors. In this specific case, one parent brought about 15 children. They should have booked the meeting room.
On other days, the staff do a great job of running the library, helping customers, and serving the community.

Read moreIt's a spacious library with plenty of books and other library materials to read and borrow on-site. There's almost a dozen computer terminals for adult patrons to use, several self-checkout counters, and helpful staff.
I really like the big area the library has set up for the children with books easily accessible for them, a spacious reading area, and kid-sized computers.
There's plenty of parking, and public transport access via the 312, 372 and 522 bus lines.
Best of all, library is open all days...
