Lytle House — Attraction in Bothell

Location and space area was great for what we needed. They didn't have sponges which I thought was weird since we had to clean ourselves, and they don't have "private party" signs so some randoms came in during our event which isn't cool in my opinion (I would have made signs had I known). Also we put out dessert on the counter outside the kitchen area and literally a minute later saw sugar ants on the counter so had to move the dessert area so heads up about that. But over all it served our needs, the littles loved being able to head to the playground around the corner and everyone had a good time. Definitely let people know to park at the gravel lot which is past the main entrance (unless your event is an off day and there is parking at the little lot or on the drive once you turn in). But having recently moved to Bothell and this being the first event I've thrown...

Great location and facility. Very clean and spacious. A little pricey. They were able to accommodate last minute bookings...
