Game Force Boulder — Attraction in Boulder

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! Stop supporting gamestop and come here. They stock almost anything you could ever need for retro consoles (parts, maintenance, games, controllers, etc) which is hard to find these days. Staff is excellent, all very knowledgeable and respectful of the customers.

Customer service is also outstanding... I bought my Wii U used from them and I noticed the display on the game pad had a burned out area. I took it back expecting them to tell me its sold used as is, but they exchanged my gamepad with a proper one from the store in just a couple minutes.

The only bad thing I could say about them is that the store is a little cluttered, but with the amount of inventory they have its probably the best they can do with that space.

I've been to plenty of video game stores across Colorado and I can say with complete certainty that Game Force is the worst I've been to. The store is in constant disarray, and it's nearly impossible to see any of the inventory due to all of the stuff constantly dumped on the counter. When you finally navigate through the sea of chaos and spot something you're interested in, you'll face the condescending wrath of the employees who seem to go out of their way to be as rude and difficult as possible, the smallest request met with resistance and vitriol.

If you're willing to make the drive out of Boulder, there are many other retro game stores that are much more worth your...

I've been coming to this Game Force for years now. All of the employees are extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I love that they remember me by name and know what I do and don't like so their game recommendations are almost always 100% spot on for me. The selection of systems and games is enormous to say the least and they have tons of accessories for them. Used prices are very fair and so are the trade-in values.
