I will start this by saying that I understand rare occasion things happening when you go out to eat and that I love these restaurants. That being said when I visited today I ordered 2 beef tacos after eating the first taco and getting half way through the second I found a little black spider crawling in my lettuce, I was quickly given a refund thankfully but when I asked the manager who helped me if they look over food shipments when received or if produced is cleaned in anyway he asked me how am I supposed to do that, I am currently a culinary student myself taking my state food certification so l know this is wrong in so many ways. Like I said I understand a rare occasion mishap but then continuing to tell a customer you don't know how to look over or clean produce is completely unprofessional. This just really makes me not want to eat at these establishments which is so upsetting cause I love their food .

…Just close? Food is food, but when you’re charging $13 for a beef burrito and you get less beef than a person would normally put in small taco, there might be an issue. When you order something called “seasoned beef” and the only seasoning you can find is from a separate hotsauce company, there might be an issue. Service was lovely, and your staff seem to know what they’re doing, so I have to imagine this is an upper management issue? Your recipes are literal prison food. If you’re going to sell tasteless bean/rice slop, at least have the decency to label and sell it as what it is - gruel. This is an afront to all things Latin and food itself. TLDR;Do yourself a favor and just get Taco Bell, you might have the runs, but at least you’ll get a flavor other than beans and rice and when you order a meat dish, it will actually have said meat inside.

Travellers, this is a fine Mexican restaurant in boulder Colorado. The food was very good, the chicken enchilada was delicious. The creamy habanero sauce is fantastic and blends well with the cheese sauce on the enchilada. The rice and beans were done well. The ensalata was fantastic and had a lot of components that make is interesting and delicious. The chicken burrito was also nicely done. The portions are huge and can easily be split. The service is great and with a smile. A lovely lunch. Check it out. We recommend. TLDR — Great Mexican with the stop
