I think a lot of the problem there is it is hit or miss on who you get. They always have different young guys working there, which makes me think that they don't keep people around. i took some batteries in to have them tested, i knew some of them were good and some were bad. They said they'd call me to let me know. I never got a call, i called them a couple of days later, they said they were all bad. One time i went to get a battery and the guy grabbed the duracell and said it was... idk, 30 bucks. sitting right next to it was a different brand, same battery for like 19. i had to ask him for the other battery, when i ask what the difference was he said it was just a different brand and that it would work fine. NOT COOL BRO! I will say, if i need a weird battery they usually have them, and if you just want a battery tested and you can wait they will do that 4 free. of course a harbor freight multimeter will...
Read moreAnother of my secrets...B&B is a great franchise; I learned abt it in KC but have moved here. Sadly, small tool manufacturers constantly change the shape and fit of their 12-20v batteries to run their electric drills, edgers, all kinds of stuff. Batteries nearly always wear out before the tools do. SAVE YOUR DEAD ones. Even your DISCONTINUED ones. Go to Batteries & bulbs and they will install NEW cells, sometimes even more powerful than the cells that came with the name brand tool products.
They're pricy; batteries always are. I donate the battery cases to them of tools I've worn out so they can rebuild hard-to-find ones for other customers too. But they've kept my old Craftsman products running for years longer by having them put new cells in. They're very helpful at recycling em! BG's is at the Bypass & Broadway, spared by the...

I got the battery out of the car the night ofvtye storm ,and brought it back to Bowling Green for them to charge it for me and they just switched out for a new battery. They did not have to do that we would have had to wait another day if they had just charged it for me oh, but they did the right thing and went the extra...
