Owner was unprofessional & difficult to deal with. I found smudges of some substance (blood or food) on my wifi card and interior of case. Jason the owner claimed no responsibility nor asked to correct the issue until I called back multiple times. I had difficulties with him from the start, he was abrasive & unprofessional from the start. I hired them to have a Nvme drive installed & he made a massive deal about reinstalling my LICENSED copy of Windows. He repeatedly made a deal about me having a “sticker” from Microsoft that confirmed I had a licensed copy🤣. I told him I don’t have a “sticker” but I have my receipts & email with licensed key for windows pro. He steamrolled me in the conversation repeatedly ignoring what I said. He kept responding with nonsensical talk about a sticker making it official & how he didn’t want to do it since he was involved with a Microsoft partnership😳🤣. He made me uncomfortable enough with my PTSD I made sure everything he said was on video because of his attitude. When I contacted him a day after I picked my rig up, his first reaction(s) were to deny and question me. Why not just tell me to bring the rig in so you can see for yourself Jason?
