If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I love KFC food but the employees give the establishment a bad reputation. Before today, I've ordered 3 other times in the past and had bad experiences as well. I should've just avoided this place overall tonight but I definitely learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN ! I ordered on the app and it said my order was going to be ready at 8:40pm. I get to the restaurant at 8:45pm and the manager says the order will be ready in 8 mins. A whole 30 mins passed and nothing. I requested to cancel my order and the manager insists the order will be done in 2 mins. He starts packing my order and then says there's no chicken tenderloins. Why wasn't this mentioned earlier? Like 30 minutes ago when I first inquired about my order. The place is so disgusting. There was garbage all over the kitchen. The manager was helping a guy on his phone, grabbing the guys phone and he had the audacity to pack my order without washing his hands or putting on gloves after touching the guys phone and counter. There was another girl who was outside smoking and went inside to pack another customer's order without washing her hands . š¤®
I do not recommend coming to this location at all. Food is never ready on time and if it is, it's cold. If you request a refund they can't process it in store, you have to call corporate. I ended up calling corporate to get a refund. Good luck if you dare to proceed and order after...

I had ordered through Uber Eats (because of a credit I had in that account.)
When I entered the restaurant, I went to the counter that was labeled as the "Mobile Order Pickup" I showed my phone with the order to the employee who told me that I would be called when it was ready. No problem. I see that there are several customers who are already waiting.
I wait. Wait some more. People are served, people leave. Other people are specifically asked what they're waiting for. At this point I stepped back up to the front and asked again.
I see a bag pulled from the mobile order location (which is behind a large box which I am unable to see into) I hear someone say that the label is wrong on it. I have watched this mobile order place since I arrived and I did not see anyone place the bag there which means it's been there since I arrived. So I asked, "Is it still warm?" The reply I get is that they felt heat when they opened it.
I wait a little longer for the drinks which were messy and dripping when we received them.
When we got home, 4 miles away, the did was not warm. Tepid, at best, everything including the cole slaw. Not enjoyable.
So while the workers were all industrious, apparently they could use a better order...

I don't know if this is a manager's issue, but seems like they did not have anything in stock for the amount of customers that come through. When we finally decided on an order, we were asked to drive to the front of the KFC and wait for our order, which was fine. There were cars randomly parked in front, so when an employee came out looking lost, from a distance, we asked her if that was our order. We were greeted with an attitude and I know what it feels like to walk the late shift and be annoyed by everything, but you should be able to communicate better than that when dealing with customers, or people in general when on the clock. Her attitude was changed when she realized were the food was supposed to go, after she went back in the building. I don't know if it's stressful, in this particular KFC, but I feel this bad interaction was fueled by disorder that was...
