Beach House Resort — Attraction in Brandenton Beach

We just got back from a long weekend trip in unit #5. It was amazing! Everything was as pictured from the listing on Homeaway.com. Yes, it's on the smaller side but with the pullout couch it was able to accommodate our family perfectly for a beach vacation. Right on the sand and next door/very short walking distance to many restaurants. Can't beat the price or location! We only used our car to get to Walgreens although I think we could've taken the trolley there. I spoke to Bill while making our reservation and he was very nice and helpful. Didn't need to speak to the rental company while there but Bill said someone was on call 24/7 which was reassuring. The other families in the condo units were very friendly and we didn't hear them at night. We will definitely be back. Can't recommend this...

Great location! Right on the beach! The room had beach chairs, pool noodles, a boogey board, beach towels, a beach umbrella. This made packing easy. This was our second time staying in the same room for our anniversary. Right next door to the Kokonut Hut restaurant and bar. They always have live music drinks and food! It's also only a half mile walk or ride share to Bridge St where there are shops, restaurants and bars. 0 complaints after...
