Bridgeport Condominiums — Hotel in Brandenton Beach

As a Florida resident born and raised here, this place is Definitely not it. If only we could give 0 stars. The "property manager" had an issue with my niece sitting on the bench before we could even get to looking around. Lady with dirty blonde-ish hair called my niece a sir, then proceeds with saying that she cannot be their on private property (she was sitting on the entrance bench by the parking). Meanwhile she was just waiting for me to get there. Bad first impression and very Judgemental, and for how way it looks; run down small and old in comparison to the other places on this Island, you would think they would be humble atleast. It's in the worst spot on the island right off the Cortez bridge and the main crossway. Ya no thanks not worth trying again. Hope this place stays in business especially with management like that.

Do not recommend this place for vacation!! We had rented for a week. The place was beach front just across the street, that was the only positive. It was loud at day and night from traffic and people walking by. None of us slept the entire vacation as the walls are paper thin. One night a couple were arguing at 2:30am right below our bedroom windows. The people on the patio next door smoked pot and drank all day and night, so using the patio for meals with small children was not ideal. The pool area was quite dirty. We mentioned the above issues to the realtor (Duncan Realty) who just shrugged their shoulders and claimed they’d never had any complaints prior. We had a vacation rental here and while some of my frustration was toward the place that we rented from (Duncan Real Estate 😕), we also had a lot of issues with the place itself. This is located on one of the main (only) roads into the Bradenton area and it is LOUD. At all hours. I live on a busy street at home and this intersection is on another level, which really surprised me. It's not like we were staying in a busy city like New York but I barely got any sleep because of the constant engine revving and giant trucks going by.
