I went in for a pelvic ultrasound. A requirement before going in for a pelvic ultrasound is to drink 20 ounces of water an hour before your scheduled exam. You also are instructed to arrive 15 minutes early to get checked in. It took 20 minutes for me to even get called for my check in which made me late to my appointment. After, I went to the ultrasound where I proceeded to wait over an hour. Thatās TWO HOURS with a full bladder at 25 weeks pregant. My bladder is already being compressed due to my pregnancy and on top of that it has to be full in order to get a clear picture. To the whoever is running the hospital, I hope you speak with your employees about this. Not just about my case specifically, but about keeping to appointment times, timely check-ins, maybe letting me use the bathroom and providing water so I donāt have to suffer. You know, just being considerate to your patients in general.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've repeatedly reached out regarding the release forms for the CT scans related to my wife's gallstone issue and my bilateral inguinal hernias. Despite assurances from a supervisor named Nicole within the records department, we have yet to receive the promised forms via email. This delay is not merely inconvenient; it's actively obstructing crucial medical procedures that could have severe consequences if continued to be postponed due to incompetence. We've relocated four hours away, making it impossible for us to collect the scans in person. The ongoing incompetence and lack of urgency displayed by your institution, and specifically by the supervisor, Nicole, who promised these would be sent out weeks ago, are inexcusable and are directly impacting our health.
Nicole, I want to remind you that under the 21st Century Cures Act, patients have the right to timely access to their electronic health information. And you are impeding on this. All lines have been recorded as...
