Geek Squad — Attraction in Brentwood

I contacted Geek Squad to have a TV & Sound bar mounted on August 10, 2020 and was quoted 482.85! I scheduled the install however called back the same day to cancel the order. I was only refunded 263.36 which was only for the install. Apparently Total Tech Support and Web Root was added to my order and I have been battling Geek Squad since August 14, 2020 to have the remainder balance of 219.49 refunded. They have yet to refund me this amount. I have had to formally file a complaint via the BBB hoping they can assist me. Noah and Mike did a fabulous job mounting two tvs and showing me how to use my new tvs. I am glad I decided to mount them…I love it and it gave me more space.
