RH Outlet Nashville — Attraction in Brentwood

I had been gone for the winter and was pleasantly surprised to find an RH outlet here. They have a lot in the store. As for pricing, note that they are discounting off the Regular price and not the Member price (which I always thought was a dumb thing anyway). That being said, I bought a beautiful wood king bed that ended up being discounted $650 off the member price (of course the tag made it seem like an amazing deal off the Regular price). There were a few minor scuffs but you can buy the touch up stain online (and something like this is going to happen in the first few months in my home anyway). The best deals I saw in there were the headboards at 80% off Regular price. I bought a king size one for my daughter and will need to figure out rails or a bedframe for it but she loved it. Had I known how heavy that thing was before we bought it, I probably wouldn't have gotten in. I'm pretty strong and I couldn't even help my husband get it out of the trailer. Thank goodness fir neighbors but that thing us going upstairs once our floors are refinished. Somehow... I also bought 2 matching nightstands for our bed and I was just happy to get something in stock (yes, with a few minor nicks that I will need to touch up). My bad though for not looking online at the normal pricing for the nightstands before buying because one might have been a little more than Member pricing. And all sales are final from the outlet. Hats off to Ashley though because she was super helpful and told us that they had a military/veteran discount and that membership was free for veterans! I just wish I had thought to check pricing beforehand but at least I don't have to wait months for furniture or...

I cannot possibly speak highly enough of this store! I have always dreamed of furniture from RH, and when we found out there was an outlet in Nashville we had to make a trip. Alexander met us that day and warmly greeted us to the store. After working with us for well over an hour we left with most of a cloud couch. This begins the long saga of exemplary customer service that then ensued.

I was missing a corner piece to my couch, and I also needed slip covers for all items. The staff at RH were amazing and put us on their list for the items we needed. I probably called every single Tuesday and Friday for weeks checking to see if the items I needed had arrived and spoke with Alexander, Brooks, and Christine all multiple times and every single time I was treated with the utmost in dignity and respect and customer service.

Towards the end of this journey we had a few hiccups and mixups, but the team at RH wouldn't rest until we were satisfied. Honestly Christine went above and beyond and far exceeded our highest expectations! I cannot recommend this store highly enough! The RH brand is one that begs luxury, but the experience at the outlet truly makes you feel...

This store is amazing! Prices are usually at least 50%+ off retail. RH prices are on the high end so some reviews saying prices are high even with the discount are likely referring to this. However, the quality is hard to beat so it can be worth the investment for key pieces that get a lot of use rather than buying cheaper and having to replace furniture every few years.

We've purchased multiple times from this store. The team is friendly and knowledgeable.

Most items are non returnable, so check for blemishes, but if there is something damaged that wasn't visible in store there may be exceptions.

I only wish they offered in house delivery, you do need to go third party if you can't move it yourself. They do offer suggested movers who we've used and they were also wonderful.

They restock twice a week and there's always new items coming in which makes for a fun...
