Teddie’s Department Store — Attraction in Bridgeport

I had a bad experience at Teddies on Boston Avenue in Bridgeport Connecticut, I shopped at this Store for 11 Years, I am a Healthcare Employee so I always buy my Scrub at Teddies, so long story short, a week ago I bought a Scrub Pants , while I left the Store at the Door the Employee heard a alarm and held my Bag with the Scrub and receipt, I said to him excuse me i paid and this is my receipt, I felt so embarrassed because I have been shopping at this Store over 11 years, the next day I returned the Scrub because I felt humiliation i spoke to the Manager and he said because of their policies , no refund just exchanged, so I left the Store, I would never go there again .I am 40 Years old and I never steal, I work hard for...

Absolutely no quality assured. If anything you buy is damaged or doesn't fit in your home, they will refuse all returns. The store manager is a scam artist. My friends parents brought a mattress in the morning with cash. She came back at noon because they weren't supposed to buy anything, and he refused the return. He hasn't delivered the mattress and still won't refund the money. So now he has their money and the mattress. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from here. If you do, just know that if whatever you buy is damaged or doesn't work for you, they will not refund your money. If you talk to the store manager for a few minutes, you will understand that he is just a scammer and does not care about satisfying...

Well I hate to say this but teddies do not honor what they say. After spending thousands of dollars there I brought a 29.99 bluetooth speaker from them .. after 60 days it stopped working I was told there was no warranty on the item ...but after a little bit of haggling they did say they was going to send it to the manufacturer. ...I just went back (3 weeks later) only to find the speaker sitting in the same place that I left it. ...and only to be told that the manufacturer said it had water damage but its supposed to be awaterproof speaker ...they didn't want to hear it and just handed it back to me and walked away.. I will never shop at...
