The Phone Depot — Attraction in Bridgeport

I bought a phone from the Phone Depot and because I'm really bad with smart phone technology I asked for some advice at the store on how to transfer the service to this new phone .I didn't even know how to insert the new sim card... Lewis actually called my provider and did the transfer for me;this would have taken me a long time to do myself and I probably wouldn't have done it correctly. I developed a problem getting internet connection and spent a total of three hours on the phone with my service provider during three separate calls with no resolution to the problem . Brought the phone in today and Sherrise had the problem fixed in a few minutes. Really amazing service. Friendly staff who really know what they are doing .
