I was so excited when I found out the The North Pole Communicator 2018 Refill Cartridge I purchased for my kids had been delivered to this store today and was ready for pick-up, because the messages on the Communicator start today, December 1st. The owner of the store took awhile looking for my package and came back to tell me that my order was delivered today to her store but the post office accidentally took it back out for delivery. I don't understand how something like that could have happened especially with a "ship to" label on it. I also checked my tracking # and it was confirmed that my order had been delivered to Norman’s Hallmark store today at 10:30am, I was there 6:30pm today to pick up.
Another customer ahead of me was told the same thing about her online order which had been delivered to that store a couple days ago. The owner was completely unapologetic and blamed it on the post office. She told me that it has happened many times before (the post office taking packages that weren't meant to be taken). I suggested that maybe a better system needed to be implemented for online orders since its happening so frequently. She rudely asked me, "Well, how would you do it?", I let her know that I'm not a shop owner but I do know that her current system as a shop owner is not working. She continued to blame the post office, was unapologetic and told me to call the post office Monday because she had no idea when my order would be back to her store.
I was completely disappointed by this experience and will definetly not be shopping at this store or placing online orders to be delivered...

Bought the gift and found out that the purchase was eligible for a free item. the woman who rang me up made an error and charged me for the free item. she disputed it with me at first but i decided to wait til it got my credit card. once it did and there was no credit i went back. once again with receipt in hand and showing her my credit card statement she still disputed it with me. she would not listen to me. i persisted to explain and she said i was yelling at her which i was not. then she said “ill take care of it” and proceeded to credit me for the “free gift” which was $15. I was surprised to see so much more than just cards at this location including statues, candles, plushes and even sauces and pastas.
