Update to original review to incorporate response to Guest Care.
Update: Thank you for your response. To clarify, on the day this occurred (May 4), I did not email Tim Hortons, I actually contacted via the form you directed me to. Please see request 14236808.
Original review: I placed a mobile order. It wasn't ready on time. I was directed to the pick up area and I had to keep waiving my hand and speaking up to get someone to help me. I know she saw my order because I said my first name and she said my last name. She gave me the donut and sent me to the sandwich pick up. I went to sandwich pick up and again had to get their attention. They directed me back to the mobile pick up. I explained what was going on. When I finally got them to look at their screen, they didn't see my order. I sent my son to get my phone from the car so I could show them that I placed and paid exactly what I was asking for. I had to show 2 employees before they made my sandwich. Well, tried to make my sausage, egg and cheese. We left with what we thought was our order only to find out it was an egg and cheese. I paid for a sandwich with sausage but there was no sausage. It was a very disappointing experience. I emailed Tim Hortons on May 4 with an explanation and a screenshot of my order. They apologized and said they would forward my email to the restaurant. I kept checking in but, as of today, June 7, I have heard nothing from the manager of the...
Read moreThe coffee lids spill 80% of the time. They need to fix that. Also, it's very hit or miss, the quality is never consistent. Tim Hortons is supposed to be a high end brand franchise, and unfortunately this is letting the brand down. One day coffee is amazing, next day it tastes like dirt. I blame the staff, if they were more consistent with changes or brewing or whatever it is they are supposed to be doing it would be great. I feel like the staff just doesn't really care much unless the owner is there... Also, the landscaping is horrendous, I don't know who did it but it is very ugly, patchy grass everywhere... finally, the glass near the register broke MONTHS ago, I was there to witness when it happened, it is STILL not fixed, the owner just did a terrible job of trying to hide it under one of there advertisements sign, this is a clear example of them putting this high brand name to shame. I guarantee you that a McDonald's would have replaced the glass very next day.... ALSO the employees barely put cream cheese or jelly on a bagel when asked for it, I mean honestly they put way too little, come on, does it really cost that much? Dunking donuts smothers it with cream cheese, you can do a like better...
Read moreGlad I visited Tim Hortons in Raritan, NJ; staff was nice and the Caramel Macciato and dream donut were outstanding. It puzzles me what's going on with Tims in the US. I love going to all the coffee chain shops; Tims was very much enjoyable. The new breakfast variety by Ryan Reynolds is incredibly good, whether it's a Scrambled Eggs Loaded Breakfast Box or the Wrap. Now a recent visit I really enjoyed there new Cinnamon Caramel Apple Iced Coffee and Scrambled Egg & Cheese on an everything cruisant breakfast sandwich.
Yeah, a whole wide variety of food and beverages over the years have always been enjoyable, Tim Bits, Nutella Donuts and beverages, Pumpkin Spiced Muffin and Donuts, beverages, Oreo Donuts, Iced Capp, Maple Cinnamon Sugar Oat Milk Lattes & Cold Brew, Chocolate & Caramel Latte, Reese's Cocoa Iced Capp, Farmer's Breakfast Wraps $ 2 for $5, $2 for 6 Breakfast sandwiches on English Muffins or Biscuits, Grilled Cheese & Steak lunch sandwich.
Lately, I indulged a new Chocolate Covered Strawberry Latte and certain varieties of classic Retro Donuts from 64 like a Coconut Cream Donut and Blueberry Sour Cream Donut.
Tim Hortons,...
