Cooper & Brinkley Jewelers is a cut above. I highly recommend this store not only for their professionalism, their craftsmanship but their compassion.

I took my 78 year old mother to the store with her wedding rings and an anniversary band that my father gave her for their 50th wedding anniversary. My mom has not been able to wear the ring because arthritis had caused her knuckles to swell (and she had lost a small stone out of her ring guard). My dad passed away two years ago from COVID and it was very important to her to be able to wear these rings again. So as a gift for her 79th birthday my husband and I set out to find a jeweler my mom would trust with this very important job. These ring mean so much to her and the loss or damage of them would have been like losing my dad all over again.

The young woman at the store was very patient and caring when working with my mom. She took the time to answer all our questions and took great care when handling the rings as if they were her own. She told us it would take approximately 2 weeks but they would try to have it in a week and they did just in time for mom’s birthday.

The rings look amazing and fit beautifully on mom’s hand once again. She was very happy and we highly recommend Cooper & Brinkley Jewelers.

I've had 3 "projects" done at Cooper & Binkley. 2 were rings I had turned into pendants. The other was my 30 year old engagement ring and diamond wedding band customized into one ring. One of the ring/pendant was done several years ago and turned out how I had imagined it and the cost was reasonable. Within the last 6 months, I've had my wedding rings and a cocktail ring (that was once my mother's wedding rings converted into a ring for me for my 21st birthday, which was MANY moons ago!) that I haven't worn in a few years, converted into a pendant. The pendant I just picked up yesterday, looks stunning! My custom designed wedding ring is honestly a dream come true!! I worked with Dylan, and he has the patience of a saint! He is an artist by trade, so he was able to help sketch my "vision" and then help me re-vision something even better....and we had a little help from my daughter who is also an artist do a little tweaking. The process started in July and the ring was done in August/September and every day I look at it, I smile and fall in love with it all over again. Truly worth the time, patience and money that it took to get to the end product. Cooper and Binkley were such an amazing find for me. My engagement ring had been fixed elsewhere and, when it came back, something was wrong. A couple of the stones looked grey not white and I didn't know what to do. I went to multiple other jewelers who all suggested replacing all of the stones, especially because I chose moissonite rather than diamond. They cleaned my ring again and ultimately said my stones probably were not worth replacing unless I switches to diamonds or got a new ring entirely. They talked down on my choice and even implied my ring was cheap. It is not! It's unique and conflict free! I love it.

I was crushed...but C&B offered a second opinion. They respected my choice of moissonite and they understood how important my ring was to me and offered the best advice. I was headed out of town and they worked with my schedule, promising to finish early and without an extra cost. They even noticed it was a little big and said they would try to resize it when other jewelry repairs said that wasn't possible. In the end the ring just hadn't been cleaned properly.
