4/26/18 - Updated Review. Sandra of Silvestri Company has made things right with me. Her timely response and delivery and kindness over the phone to make things right are greatly appreciated and has me feeling much more positive on this business! I would do business there again and understand now how they work and how busy they are. 4/23/18 They are making it right. When my fountain makes here as promised, I will revise my review again. 4/18/18 TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! - They have cancelled my delivery TWO times now and with NO phone calls to alert me of the cancellations. I have had to call them to confirm their arrival, to find out they had cancelled my delivery! It has been over 2 weeks now and I have not received my fountain! I am self employed and have re-schedule and cancelled appointments in order to be here for deliveries that have never happened! Good luck getting your fountain! I am FRUSTRATED and ANGRY. They have my money and I have nothing...

I spent thousands of dollars at Silvestri: concrete benches, planters, pots, a bird bath, two 3-seater sofas and chairs.

One pot developed several large cracks soon after it was delivered. Sandra Silvestri said I could return the pot for a new one but then stopped responding to my calls.

I wanted to buy more furniture and additional cushions after some rodent damage; again, she did not return my calls.

Seems that Sandra was happy to sell me products until I had an issue, then she wanted nothing...
