I came here with a friend who was visiting from out of town. They have 7 tables and you pay by the hour for the tables. The rates were very reasonable. The building is still undergoing renovations in a couple of the side rooms, so there were people working on the rooms walking through the main play area. This was not a bother at all because the main room was so spacious.
The pool hall has 7 tables as I recall, 2x 8 foot and 5x 7 foot. There is plenty of space around the tables to maneuver and position for your next shot without fear of getting in the other table's way. The tables are decent quality and you will not find yourself wanting too much for higher quality equipment. The provided sticks were competent and plentiful.
The staff was friendly and answered my questions as necessary. They serve a small selection of beer and soda. I spoke to the owner of the business for a little bit and he gave me the general rundown of the history and future for the establishment. They were not serving food at the time I had gone, but I was told they will start serving food from the kitchen when it is completed. Hopefully this will happen by early 2024.
There were other activities available like axe throwing and VR escape rooms, but I was there for the pool. And in that activity they were successful. I will be returning again.
If you are looking for some casual pool with some friends, without the annoyance of a tavern crowd, this should fit the...
Read moreFirst time there, Last time there. I attended a birthday celebration with my wife and kids along with 6+ other families. We rented 2 axe throwing lanes and a pool table ahead of time seamlessly. After about 2 hours of being there, ordering drinks and food, the “owner” went up to my wife and the other women sitting at one of the tables, and very aggressively accused our kids of jumping on bags boards outside. He never bothered to ask if those kids were with our group (they were not), and stated that “at the end of the day, this is a bar.” Given that we had already conversed with the bartenders before much of the bar crowd arrived, we made sure to have adults supervising all of OUR children to doubly make sure to avoid any mishaps. This place advertises as family friendly, has video games for kids, and a kids menu. Perhaps they should consider reviewing their operation if they do not want kids present. Our group, who would have stayed much longer, decided to leave the premises because of these rude and baseless accusations. The owner caused a scene, and made everyone feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. He never apologized after being alerted to the fact that whatever happened outside had nothing to do with our group, but instead disappeared...
Read moreWe had such an amazing time at D’s Barn for my sister’s birthday! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and taken straight to our reserved party room. The staff, especially D, went above and beyond—allowing us to come in early to decorate and helping us get everything set up perfectly.
Before the party officially began, we were even able to order some food and drinks, which was a great touch. The party area itself was fantastic—it had a stage, a bar, 10 tables, and a huge open space that was perfect for dancing. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, with karaoke, a private pool table just for our group, and axe throwing to keep everyone entertained.
The entire staff was incredibly accommodating and professional throughout the night, making sure we had everything we needed. One of the unexpected highlights was the fire pits outside and sitting area, which added such a fun and unique touch to the venue.
Thank you so much to D’s Barn for hosting us—we had an unforgettable time and will absolutely be back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to celebrate...
