I really wanted to like this place but the entire experience was a train wreck that kept getting more and more wrecked as the night went on. We requested a table and were told it would take 20-35 minutes. We were fine with waiting since we had a larger party tonight. The wait then took almost an hour. Multiple parties came in after us and were seated before us. We asked why it was taking so long to be seated and were told there was ONE booth that they wanted us to sit at. They made it seem like they couldn't push tables together for our group size... well we saw other large groups that they did that for but we were made to wait an hour while sitting with small children who were waiting to eat. Eventually we asked if they would at least give us a small plate of French fries for our little one to snack on as he was very restless and they obliged. When we got to our table the menus were dirty and had stains and smudges on them. We ordered our food which included salads and soup which were requested beforehand. After about 5-10 minutes after ordering our server brought us 1 plate of bread for our party of 8 to share. He said he would bring us more bread but didn't bring any back for over 10 minutes. The bread itself tasted good. I find it off they did not provide a knife to cut the bread or a butter knife to spread the butter with. Then he brought out our salads. We ordered a total of 3 salads and he came out with 4. 2 of the salads were correct and he was not sure what the dressing was on either of the other 2 salads which then resulted in him taking the other 2 back and bringing 1 back later. We also ordered French onion soup, when that came out it was cold... which is not how you want a French onion soup to be. I let him know it was cold and he took it back and brought another one. The next one was a bit warmer but still not hot. Our waiter then asked me how the soup was and said he had brought be the wrong one again and that it was another cold one. I decided to just keep the one I had and not worry about it. When it came time for the actual entrees we were ready for anything at this point. Some in our group ordered the salmon which they said was overcooked on one side only which made the texture unenjoyable. When our steak came out it was missing the side of fire roasted corn we had ordered as well as the crust of parmesan cheese it was supposed to have. I let our waiter know and he then took our food back again to be fixed. The corn ended up coming out before our steak and the seasoning was a bit too salty but was decent... and they actually ended up bringing us 2 plates of corn because they lost track of what we had already gotten at the table. When our steak ended up coming out it came out SMOTHERED in cheese which was not parmesan cheese. We have no idea what kind of cheese it was on our steak but it was good lol. The steak itself was cooked very well. It was the best thing we had out of the entire meal. The steak was juicy, tender, and had excellent flavor. The mystery cheese on top was also very good and creamy... we just would've like to know what it was. 😂 The mac and cheese that came with our entree was good and had a creamy texture. The kids Mac and cheese was very disappointing. It was essentially Kraft Mac and cheese which is very odd with this supposing to be a little bit higher end of a restaurant. I would expect that from an Applebee's but not a steakhouse. And finally... we asked for a box to take our food home in and... it looked used... I wish I was kidding but it was coated and dirty... which was honestly so gross. So TLDR... Steak good. Everything else bad... very... very bad...

We had a great dinner last night at the new LongHorn Steakhouse! I was a little nervous going in because I’m not usually a big steak fan, but I loved that they had a variety of options on the menu. I ended up trying the Garlic Lemon Chicken, and oh my goodness—it was phenomenal! The flavor was amazing and the portion size was huge—definitely lived up to that “everything’s bigger in Texas” vibe. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. It wasn’t overly fancy, but still had a nice, polished feel. We went in casually dressed and felt totally at ease. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and our server Arlander, I believe—was newer but did a great job. You could tell he really cared about the experience. We’ll definitely be back! Great food, great service, and a chill, Texas-style vibe. Highly recommend!

Tried our new Longhorn, just opening a week ago. Love the option of waitlist, that was a plus with a 110 minute wait. Brandon was our server, and he was excellent! Started with Perfect Margarita. This was "ok". The sweet and sour mix needs help, as very bland. Appetizer was Wild West Shrimp, this was excellent with the small peppers, a very nice touch of heat and perfectly battered. Side salad, excellent and crisp/fresh. Our 3 top had, chopped steak, 6oz filet and Outlaw Ribeye. Consensus, cooked perfectly. The reason for the 4 star, the 2 steaks were saturated with a salt an extremely spicy pepper seasoning. My recommendation, have steak come unseasoned or request LIGHT seasoning, as this made our perfectly cooked steaks almost inedible Mashed potatoes, fries and asparagus was satisfactory and a nice option.

I wanted to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt with reading the poor reviews. So we wanted to try something new. I was highly disappointed with our visit. Upon walking in the restaurant there is about three or four tables with other patrons. We still have to wait for them to clean a table in order for us to be seated when there was many other tables ready. We got to the table and ordered drinks right away. We waited probably 15-20 minutes just to get our drinks. The waitress came over and explained that the manager was occupying the bartender and that is the sole reason why we had not gotten our beverages yet. We did not receive them until after we got our soup and salad. I bit ridiculous if you ask me. We got our food it was good but coming from a person who thoroughly enjoys the salt the food was a bit salty. And that's saying a lot coming from me. The end is winding down and it's getting ready for us to be done they're cleaning up the restaurant but nobody comes and asks if we need a box when we've been sitting there clearly done for about 15 minutes. We were looking around couldn't find our server I was just busboys cleaning the other tables. I finally got the box and I packed up my leftovers and she said the check down and walked away. She didn't come back for another 15 minutes to get the check so that we could leave cuz it looks like people were wanting to get out of there as well. We left and I forgot my take out bag at the restaurant I only made it around the block before I came back the doors were all locked and there was some waiters or busters around. They saw our food and they were like this is your food and we were like yeah that's all we wanted and then they told us that they weren't allowed to give it to us and that the manager on duty was the one that had to give us our food after hours. We waited for a few minutes and nobody came to give us our food. Then the kid came to the door and said that the manager was the only one and he was in the back yelling at everybody and he wasn't a nice guy and that we would have to wait at least 20 minutes before we got our takeout food. that was a very ridiculous and I wanted to go home I wasn't going to sit there and wait for somebody after I had spent $120 on food and not only did I eat part of it I was not allowed to get it back after I had forgotten it. I literally had almost a full meal that I had to leave behind because the manager couldn't come bring me my food and he was too busy yelling at his employees. I for one am a retail store manager and that is ridiculous. The customers come first I get that the restaurant was not closed at that point but I'm still paying customer and now I just had to leave all of my food behind because they didn't want to come walk to the front door and hand it over. I'm highly disappointed in that alone like I can't even eat my leftovers the food wasn't the problem it's the customer service that I got that was the problem. And I'm very frustrated about the situation. So I spent a lot of money on dinner just to not be able to take it home with me because somebody didn't want to bring it to the door that's what makes me most mad. So that is the sole reason why I'm complaining today because of this manager prolonged our dinner drinks in the first place because they were complaining to the bartender and arguing with her and then they didn't want to bring me my food after I had forgotten it which was a simple mistake because the other people apparently cannot bring it to you after hours. That's ridiculous. I will be leaving a poor review here as well as contacting longhorn. I feel like I should be compensated for the lack of customer service and the fact that the food that I paid for I didn't even get to get because of the lack of customer service at the end...

First off, this place has all the aesthetic charm of a Navy mess. It is huge inside with little to no ambiance. We went there for dinner on a Monday night figuring it wouldn't be too busy, and we were right. We were seated quickly and the server came buy about 5 minutes later. He was young and very robotic in his approach. It was like he was trying to remember a memorized script. All in all about as personable as a parking meter. My wife and I ordered and appetizer with our drinks and then waited. The waiter brought our drinks & the bread and took our dinner order, she got the ribeye w/broccoli and a house salad and I ordered the NY strip w/loaded baked potato and the same salad. About 20 minutes later a food runner brought our meals (never got the appetizer). We looked for the waiter, he was nowhere to be found. My baked potato was cold. We waited...and waited, also hoping to ask for some A1 as my steak was very bland and downright chewy (not usual for a NY strip) After several minutes my wife got up and went to talk to someone who seemed to be a manager. He brought the A1 and I informed him about the potato. He offered to get me a fresh hot one. I started trying to eat the steak and managed to eat about half when the waiter finally checked in in and asked how things were. I told him about the potato and he said he would keep an eye out for it and walked away. NO drink refills, no chit chat, nothing. Several minutes later he brought the potato and we asked what happened to our appetizer. He looked puzzled and said he would get one done right away. We said no as we were well over halfway done with the meal and once again he vanished. The potato was hot, but they coated it with so much salt I could barely taste the "loaded" ingredients. We finished, he brought a to-go box for my wife and we paid and left. I have eaten at steakhouses from Gibsons to The Rainbow Room and every chain one in between and this was the single WORST experience at ANY steakhouse I have been too. AVOID AT...
