Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Bristol

This is the worst cousin's subs I have ever been to. We went twice, the first time the subs were made wrong and the bread was stale. I kindly called the manager and let them know so they offered a free re-make with fries. The employees were rude and made them wrong again and told us the manager wasn't there so we won't get fries. This cousin's subs is a disappointment...

I have been coming to this location weekly since it opened. It's always been clean, good employee interactions, fast service. The quality of ingredients and mainly bread have always been good. Fresh and well made. This is really one of the best cousins locations I have been to. I would highly recommend you go here even if you're just picking something...

Took about 25 minutes to get my food after purchasing via the drive thru. The told me after I paid it would be a few minutes. Had they been forth coming we would have skipped it and gone somewhere that was able to provide a faster experience. 25 minutes for a drive thru is...
