NEW REVIEW 12/23/2024: What can I say about this store. All the associates are cheerful and helpful. I want to recognize Debbie again because of her help and understanding of my requests. She was very patient with me and was very insightful on my requests for a gift for my niece who is a new Mom and ideas for my wedding ring. Even though Debbie was called away because of another appointment, she handed off my request to Ashley, who was able to help tremendously. I felt not only like a valued customer but as a part of the family.

The end results of both requests were phenomenal. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

As soon as my friend and I walked in the door this past Saturday, we were welcomed by Sierra and Debbie, as well as other associates whose names I can’t recall. They treated us as valued customers even before they knew the purpose of our visit. My goal was to have four rings cleaned and the prongs checked. After the rings were cleaned and checked, I was told my diamond ring had some imperfections which they showed me under a microscope. The male associate who checked the ring also used a handheld device to check the diamond. When I saw that my ring didn’t indicate a “green light”, I’m not sure if my eyes got real wide or my jaw hit the floor. But Debbie and the male associate must’ve been concerned with my reaction by immediately telling me that the device he used isn’t 100% accurate. I had them check my friend’s wedding ring and her ring registered a green light. I left my ring at the store to have it checked by the goldsmith the next time she’ll be in. Debbie tried to reassure me that everything will be alright and not to worry about it over the weekend.

It is now Tuesday morning and Debbie called me to let me know my ring is a real diamond and is ready to be picked up. I told Debbie she made my day! Thank you to Debbie, Sierra and the male associate, whose name I don’t remember, for being so nice and treating me like I’ve been a customer for years. Frozen margaritas...

Kesslers Dimonds just open a Jewelry store in Kenosha. It was my wife and I 50th Wedding Anniversary. I told my wife we should check it out, so we did. We are impressed with Kesslers Dimonds store with their huge selections of diamonds and settings. Very Professional,and the knowledge of the jewelers. The jeweler that was taking care of us offered to clean our rings and we said yes, and i'm glad we did. My wife lost the diamond in her engagement ring before.So they checked the prongs and they needed to be redone. The jeweler said we could get it reset in a different setting, but we wanted the engagement ring to look exactly how it did fifty years ago. We were nervous at first to leave it behind for them to is reinforce the Diamond. We picked up the engagement ring today, my wife started crying out of happiness. The ring looked exactly like it did fifty years ago when I put it on my wife's finger and it is as shiny and beautiful as it was 50 years ago. We want to thank the Goldsmith Chelsea for the love and care for taking care of our precious treasure and make it like brand new. We also had my wife's gold chain fixed because it broke and did a wonderful job. My wife and I highly recommend Kesslers Diamonds in Kenosha to purchase or repair your jewelry. It was a pleasure to go with our son while he was shopping for his engagement ring at Kesslers Diamonds. Kris offered so much knowledge on diamonds and the lab created stones. There was zero pressure to buy. Kris wanted to know the price range as to not show anything unattainable and stay within budget. Our son knew picked a band he liked and after looking at various options and quality of stones and their size, cut, and clarity grades, he choice the very diamond he wanted to set into the band. The ring was done and ready within a week. It was everything the future bride wanted and more. The 81 cut diamond truely sparkles and is breath taking. I'm greatful Kris had noticed my center stone on my ring was loose and ready to fall out. She had the jewelers on-site, with my permission, to give me a quote to fix the stone from falling out. Kris showed me how loose it was. I could clearly see it moving and that is not how it's suppose to be. Not only did they fix for free. They polished up the ring as well. Thank you for the great, easy experience and knowledge on Kessler the company, the outstanding care they have for their customers and if course the ring that my son picked.
