I ordered online and checked their policies. I received my order in a few weeks. All looks great without Sizes. I ordered Port Authority Polos and made my Sizes according to their info with Sizes that company provided and was in our policies. My size is Large and my chest size is 40 but I received 2 Extra Large Polos which is 46 chest sizes. I contacted them and they sent me a link from the original Port Authority where dimensions of the size were different from what was said on the order/invoice from their company when I ordered. Also, it was not mentioned any Port Authority link where I can double check with manufactory sizes. I measured and ordered from whatever I received an Invoice. I contacted them and was told that I should ask about it before ordering. This is kind not professional because they sent me sizes according to policies/invoice and I signed and paid for that. I sent them the info with pictures via email and they rejected the refund amount or printed the correct size according to their policies/invoice. I would highly recommend those who are ordering Online to double check with the Original website whatever you want to order because their measurements...
Read moreI rarely write reviews, but the lack of communication and professionalism on the part of Fields Printwear is deeply disappointing. It is their responsibility to deliver their products on time, and they failed to do so. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration for me and my son, which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the fact that Fields Printwear did not take responsibility for their mistake and offer any form of compensation or resolution is concerning. Their lack of accountability and customer service skills is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution against doing business with them in the future. Overall, my experience with Fields Printwear was extremely negative and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their failure to produce your son's T-Shirt for picture day demonstrates a lack of professionalism and commitment to their customers. I hope that they take steps to improve their business practices and customer service in the future. Stay away from Fields Printwear, there are plenty of good local...
Read moreOne star is being generous Mike is not willing to fix there mistakes with the logo there are arrows from the design that were printed on the shirts and they look ridiculous. Not part of the design because they were to lazy to come up with there own design and copied someone else’s and no one quality controlled there work. Cheaper is not always better go elsewhere instead of saving $100 because if there’s any issue they will not be fixed. His argument will be we approved the design WRONG we gave you a sample of a design and you failed to say you would have charged us a design fee of $50 after the fact. The damage was done and then you offer a 40% discount off our next order, listen we’re not ever ordering another item from you again and I hope no one else does either. Post on multiple platforms are to come with...
