The food wasnāt terrible; but it wasnāt appetizing. Miso soup was very bland; squid was rubbery and not seasoned; Chicken katsu tasted almost like ābreaded boiled chickenā (it had no flavor, dry, pretty much just chicken and plain bread crumbs). THE SERVICE was what ruined it for me. The lady just was acting like she did not want any customers; not friendly, very āupset and annoyedā, etc. I asked her questions and she seemed super annoyed; I literally had to search for answers online about what the dishes are (I donāt know every Asian dish). Then she āmuttered something under her breathā after my last question and later BURPED as she was walking by LOL. Also she was dressed like she was at the gym; something resembling jogging pants and a T-Shirt. Just absolutely no professionalism or class whatsoever. I think itās probably the same lady who one of the reviewers said āyelled on the phoneā about his delivery being messed up. In my opinion this is not a restaurant; itās equivalent to a Burger King with Asian cuisine. Sorry if my opinions are too rigid; I lived in Japan and ate at many Asian restaurants in the U.S. It needs work and better training on BASIC ETIQUETTE. Iām not even implying that the service should be top notch; but just some basic, simple service skills. Thank you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday I decided to go to a Japanese Restaurant called Akia Fusion located 407 Mill Street 19007 to try something new and different. Upon entering. I was greeted with utmost professionalism from the employees inside. I proceeded to order from the lunch special which included the Spicy Salmon Roll, California Roll, and Shrimp Tempura Roll with miso soup, and salad (House dressing), than I asked for the Evo Roll with eel sauce (sweet) just to try it. I than ordered my wife the Hibachi Fried shrimp, Hibachi fried rice, vegetables, miso soup, and salad (house dressing). My wife and I are amazed on how fresh and delicious the cuisines are. I definitely recommend this Restaurant to anyone and everyone that has never ate Japanese cuisines before. For those visiting Bristol Borough pa, stop in Akia Fusion and order the Sushi. The cuisines are definitely worth the price and 5...

I actually found this place 20 mins before they closed and they gladly took my take out order and made my food. Iām so thankful and so excited because the food was amazing !!!! The sushi was fresh and the wasabi was strong. Avid sushi eaters know not all wasabi is the same.
Pricing is great too! I ordered and feast and was not disappointed. The red curry was out of this world and had some of the best flavor and spice that Iāve enjoyed locally. So many of our local choices offer the weakest most basic style take out food. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean and welcoming when I picked up my food. I canāt wait to come back. I will be a regular customer ! Thanks again Akai Fusion. My food...
