For the price paid, the customer service was very poor. I placed an order for the âtelefloraâs pretty posy bouquetâ which was supposed to be an arrangement with only pink and lavender flowers, to be delivered in a âstunning mosaic iridescent vaseâ the day before Motherâs Day, for my sister who just became a new mom and this was her first year celebrating. So what my sister got was a similar bouquet, but not a single flower was lavender. Instead, lavender was replaced with deep burgundy and peach colored flowers (more like a bouquet youâd choose in the Fall time) and in a blue-ish transparent square vase that you can get from HomeGoods and definitely not what I had ordered and had no clue about any changes. I called Monday morning shortly after they opened, to ask the manager why I didnât get a phone call about how different both the bouquet and vase would be and Amanda, who identified herself as the manager, said she would look into it and call me back. Well she didnât- I had to call back again hours later. She said on their website it says that they are subject to make substitutions and that it says they donât need to contact the customer to let them know? Nowhere on their site mentions how the customer doesnât need to be notified to confirm the change so I certainly believe she wasnât being truthful about that. I paid well over $100 and she said the reason my price was high was because of the stuffed animal I purchased on top of the flowers, as if paying $80 plus tax for just the bouquet, plus a delivery fee of $12 wasnât going to be $100 in itself, so as the manager of this business, Amanda was extremely rude, insulting and unprofessional.    Read moreOne of the main reasons I go here is to support local businesses. I have had fantastic flower arrangements from you all before. Now this year for my daughter's senior prom I sent the kids to pick their corsage and boutonnière out on their own. Their colors were strictly black and gold and when they showed me what they came up with I told them baby's breath wouldn't work. So we all went back to pick out a different color scheme and the girl helping me was a serious smart a^*. I asked her what would be an alternative to the baby's breath and her answer was "nature doesn't provide gold flowers". Wow really?! They have jewels and ribbons to use for this. Fast forward my daughters boyfriend comes over on the day of prom and there's baby's breath on his arrangement and not hers, so basically they didn't match and she didn't listen to what I said. Lastly, both arrangements fell apart before they got to prom literally, $60 down the drain. đ photo below shows his is barely intact we had to just tie the ribbon around it and his had the baby's breath on it, they don't match and they have white sheer ribbons.
