I’ve never walked out on a pedicure in my life until today!! Horrible. First of all the water was cold, I told her and she said “oh ok” didn’t understand. I asked the lady to cut down real short and round - she started to cut my toes with the circle cutter instead of clippers ?? It was all a mess and then she took out the file and was filing so lightly she barely did anything, all sharp corners and not straight or smooth. I asked her to go more and she didn’t understand, the male next to her explained to her in their language and she just continued on and didn’t go back to filing… at this point all my toe nails are different lengths and shapes!! I said I wanted to stop and she did not understand again until the owner came up and I had to explain to her and show her my toes! Instead of apologizing she flat out said to me “ she doesn’t have much skills” and that triggered me… why is she doing nails if she has no skills!!! Read moreLet me start by saying I never leave Google reviews or reviews in general. But my experience today was so egregious that I had to leave a review. I have been to this establishment a few times and I’ve had a mostly pleasant or at least uneventful experience. My pedicure today was horrible. The male tech was extremely rough and sarcastic, and kept burning my skin with the nail drill. He was also cutting my nails in a way that was so painful. I had to tell him to stop multiple times, at one point he said “let me stop torturing you.“ The manager came over and could see I was visibly distressed, they did not offer to switch him out, or refund my service. It was clear how some are treated with care and very differently than others, including myself. They sent me a cop out text later offering a $50 gift card, too little too late. For context, the services that I typically get are at least $100 minimum. I WILL NEVER go back. I am still having pain and I am concerned about getting an infection— I will definitely update this if that happens. I felt so disrespected...
Read moreI have never had such a horrible experience in my life. I asked for the receipt at the end of my service and the management was anything but kind about me asking simple questions. For example , my daughter who didn’t get a manicure with her sns was charged more than my daughter who got a manicure with her sns. The charges made zero sense and the receptionist wouldn’t even look at me in the eye when I was just trying to ask her why I was being charged more than I ever have at any nail salon I’ve ever been to. BEWARE OF GETTTING ANY ADD ONS!!!! I made it clear I was coming in for my daughters wedding, and I was still treated like this. I have pictures I will be emailing management of the receipt and how it in no way matches with the services performed. Please save yourself the money and time and don’t go to this nail salon.
