As customer- Great . Love this place ! Food is always consistant. Best tasting dough I believe personally ! No complaints at all! Been coming here since I was younger . Grew up in Brookheaven . Our families from school would come here every weekend growing up....
As the business side -
Horrible!! ! Im a delivery driver for one of the top 3rd party delivery app based companies in Atlanta and the USA. ( I.E. Uber, Door Dash, Grubhub . Etc. what have you ) I arrived for a deliver order My pick up time was at . I walked up to the ( To go orders / pick up . There was a person discussing an order at the register . Well I'm a delivery person. _ My order is ready to go. Pre paid . And ready. Not to " be placed and paid " but pre paid and NO signing nessacary.
This person is still paying and discussing their order. So I move over a few feet to the counter where I can see sevral employess looking at me with my deliver bag , hat " uniform so to speak "
I hear one after looking at me say my customers name to the cooks in back . I gave a nod of recognition. Thinking okay . Ill just stand to the side I'm sure they are brining the order for my customer . That is ready. Again I say. Is ready and paid ...
But no they stand there a couple minutes not saying a word. Ignoring me. Mumbling things under their breath basicly. UNTIL . One comes from behind the counter and walks behind my back uttering something I could barley here . Not wvwn to my face ... Except " Line" Then he returns behind the counter .
This happens sevral times . Until he comes with my order ANYWAY from around the counter and in the softest ( but obvisly passive aggressie ," making a point" Type voice ) " I was trying to tell you the line starts right here " literlly pointing two or 3 feet from where I was standing.
My belief is they wanted me to wait in the to go place order line behind anyone else placing a to go order and picking up .
Problem with that is these delivery apps are designed for efficency. So a delivery person picking up a order . PRE PAID , AND READY. Is supposed to wait in the line with people running credit cards and ordering ??
DOESNT MAKE ANY LOGICAL SENSE.
Most resturaunts btw have a area for delivery drivers.. So it is in and out as fast as possible. The guy was extremely passive aggresive and almost to a belittiling feeling.
Not only am I nor my family every coming here agian . Pn a business side Im rejecting all future deliver requests from this location. Passing it another driver. KEEP THE FOOD ON THE HEATER BECAUSE IM NOT COMING. Avarage extra time from a driver cancel ads another 15 minutes.

Read moreThis is a 2-star rating not because of the quality of my order but what I perceived as deception during my evening visit on 03/09/2023. Upon waiting for my order to be made a male which I will not describe asked if I wanted to pay for my order. The male cashier added a 20% tip to my tab which I changed to what I wanted to tip. To my surprise a customer that was also waiting for her order stated that the same cashier did that to her but she did not notice until her ordered was paid. Unfortunately, this is not a business builder for cashiers to partake in adding tips to customers tabs. A tip should not be EXPECTED if a customer is not being served at a table or if M.M employees are not taking curbside orders out to a customer. I physically walked into the restaurant to pick up my order so therefore a tip should not necessarily be expected. I have been a customer to this M.M for years and have always tipped in the past on my own even though additional services were not rendered.
PLEASE M.M. Managers read this review to all of your employees. You have many supporters of your restaurant that also work for their money to support this business. Taking advantage of your customers in this manner in unacceptable and very deceptive especially for a CARRY-OUT order. This review should be a 1-star but I added an additional star due to the great taste of your food. Hopefully this will not happen again to any more of your customers. I was recently at this restaurant and was very hungry. I didn't have any money on me, so I approached a couple on the patio and asked them if they would buy me some food. They said yes, and I went to my seat.
A few minutes later, the manager came over to me and asked me to leave the restaurant. I asked her why, and he said that the couple had changed their minds about buying me food. I was confused, because I had already walked away from the couple when they said they would buy me food.
I tried to talk to the couple to see what had happened, but the manager kept speaking over me and preventing me from talking to them. She eventually told me to leave the restaurant, and I had no choice but to go.
I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the manager. I was just trying to get something to eat, and she made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I will not be returning to this restaurant, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Additional Information:
The date and time of my visit was 2023-06-26 at 12:30 PM. The restaurant was not busy. The manager name was Jennifer, a woman in her 30's with brown hair. The couple I approached were a young man and woman in their early 40's.
Overall, I had a very negative experience at this restaurant. The manager was rude and unprofessional, and she made me feel unwelcome. I would not recommend this...
