Target — Attraction in Brownsville

So Target makes a big deal about securing your order and adding people to pick up orders and accounts and getting names and sending emails and it's all for nothing because they will give your drive up order to anyone thats parked in the space. Husband goes to wrong store and our order is given to someone else. I dont know if these employees volunteer the names of the order instead of asking for them, but now when actually arrives at the correct Target he needs to wait for loss prevention to check cameras to make sure we're not stealing when my order should have never been given out in the first place because it was not myself or him that picked it up. Had the employees asked for a name they should have realized they were handing over an incorrect order. What's the point of that 4 digit code they ask for because whatever 4 digit code was provided was good enough for the employee to hand over my order and now we're almost 3 hours in trying to get the order we...

The store needs to improvise on the prices incorrectly labeled and not up to date!!!! Also restrooms need to be sanitary at all times!!! Pee and poop stains very often and not occasionally is gross… I myself am very dissatisfied with the slow gruesome and tiring service desk! Don’t even get me started with the sucky management. Give a round of applause for the well hard working employees who really deserve it!!! Other than that, very great customer service from Miguel Ortiz at drive ups and what a great employee with great character that leads to satisfaction in all honesty. Very vocal and uplifting in my opinion!!! Also great service from a few of the employees like Michael and America looking to fill their carts as well as assisting customers. Got down to find some last minutes necessities and got to see it for myself and witnessed a few others with great service...

I’ve order a Christmas gift on the target app, it stated they’re in supply (2 in stock Harry Potter Train Set) so I placed the order and it gave me a 2 hour time frame to pick it up. So I waited about the estimated time given but then I received a message on my app that Target didn’t have it in stock. Dumbfounded, I checked again to make sure but it still showed 2 in stock, so I decided to go and see for myself. I checked everywhere in Target and couldn’t find it.
