Selena De Leon took care of us and she was AMAZING!!! She was very understanding and took her time. She gave us so many options to handle things. She was polite, patience, and at the same time joyful with us. There were things I didn’t understand and she would explain them to me. Selena was also knowledgeable of her materials. We could tell she’s a naturally caring person. When we hit an obstacle she was able to navigate and solve the problem or have another alternative solution(s). Never again will I purchase from here. I was first told (twice) that it would take 14 to 5 days for a custom living room only to be told that I heard wrong and it’s actually 14 to 15 weeks. I was told that the receipt clearly stated that it was weeks not days but I’ll take responsibility for believing the sales rep and not double checking my receipt. Then, I called to update my phone number and apparently they are unable to do so. Once a number is on file they cannot make a change. I called to check up on my furniture and I was told it had arrived but it wouldn’t be delivered until 2 more weeks. I was finally able to schedule something sooner and I was told they would contact me to give me a time frame for delivery and didn’t hear from anyone. Never will I ever purchase...
