Managers don’t put sensors back on forget items. I gave 4 starts instead of one just because the manager Luis who helped me out , I went to this location on 5/18/21 paid my items and I forgot a bag by the cars, items I already paid for it, I called around 9:41 pm to store asking for those items my call was passed to a manager who lie to me saying the shoes has a sensor which is a lie cause I helped to the cashier to check everything about sensors she asked for my receipt thing I had on my hand I told her was a bag and count my items and I had 3 missing she denied and said only the shoes but because has a sensor she thought were unpaid , come on we’re on a bag by the door without sensors obviously is someone’s but she didn’t count on my call and I still having my receipt, I couldn’t stop by next day because of the storm but I went next day after and manager Luis helped me , explained I wasn’t from BRO I was visiting from Utah . @burlington teach your manager and employees NOT put sensor Back on the forget items because someone already paid for it maybe that someone will call asking for it . Read moreIt took us about 45 minutes too reach a cashier According too your cashier Burlington doesn't want too hire or give more hours for this problem too be solved. Your cashier was rude in saying everything here is cheap aww no I waisted 70 dllrs in 5 items how is that cheap I really hadn't gone back too your store because of that ridiculous line but my sister loves going there but this doesn't give you all a right too keep people in line for so long because you all don't want too give or hire more people. Instead of having all the employees on the floor get them too help in the front minimize the line them send them back. The manager even though seeing that long line comes too the front to help a cashier solve a problem and goes back too the back is not a manager. A manager will take charge and help not here. I feel like there used too customers always complaining that it doesn't bother them. I'm pretty sure this store makes some money so come on a fix this problem or else people will get tired and just not go...
Read moreThe store is nice "outside" but as you enter inside the store, from the moment you attempt to choose a shopping kart They are filthy from sticky leftover soda to store hangers bubble gum wrappings stuff on the floor and that is just the entrance on a Saturday afternoon when there are 6 crash registers open abd 2 door attendants as I'm standing here next to them writing this review. I advised the door attendant as I came in but he didn't even bother to assign someone over to do the cleaning, never the less he knor she cleaned the karts. Because I notice the filthy karts as my family was shopping here.I started walking the isles and notice more and more stuff on the floors I can honestly almost compare this store to a filthy and unorganized ROSS. If anyone who reads this know how dirty ross stores are.
Don't get me wrong the prices are good but management needs to clean up their store. To me filthy is cheap makes it look like a cheap...
