This Starbucks is a hit or a miss on any given day. The employees are generally friendly, but frequently there will be ingredients missing from the location that are needed to make drinks. I can forgive that, though. What I can't forgive is, as of the day of posting this, I had to wait 40 MINUTES for coffee. I was FOURTH IN LINE for context. There were two girls behind the counter, but one was only restocking instead of helping with the drinks, and the one making drinks, while nice, was only working on one drink at a time, and showed NO insight as to how long things were taking. She just went about things as though there wasn't a line full of people who was waiting for her to take 10 minutes per drink. No apology for the wait or anything. I would be fine if they were working as though they were busy, but one worker couldn't be bothered to help with drinks and the other was taking a leisurely amount of time. Read moreI normally love this Starbucks but yesterday that i went the one that attended my fiance and I by the name of Mayra or Myra had a super bad attitude. She was super rude. Super unprofessional. Yeah we all have bad days at work (I would know because I work also and in a high volume clinic) but at least be nice to the last few customers that were already in line for half an hour before closing!! In times likes these I understand the milk shortages and supply shortages but i kindly asked if they had pink drink and she rudely responded that they didn’t have coconut milk. I unfortunately only got my fiances drink and not mine because she seemed in a bit of a rush to want to leave already. Pretty disappointed. Didn’t realize we had to be rushed to order for them to want to go home at 9 sharp. If she is ever there I will not want to go order. Read moreI had the worst experience at this Starbucks yet. I waited 5 to 8 minutes at the counter for the guy to take my order and I was the only one in line. The guy had horrible customer service. He just stared at me and asked what I wanted. He looked so confused, maybe even intoxicated. I waited about 15-20 minutes for my order to come out and I was still missing my apple croissant, so I had to wait for them to heat it up. I hated this experience and have not gone back to any Starbucks since then. Starbucks really needs to hire better people at this location as it will inevitably cost them...
